In the process of making carbon ceramics, RMI heats the thermal field to above 2000°C and relies on capillary force to penetrate the precursor or original carbon atmosphere and silicon original atmosphere molecules into the porous carbon preform and react with the carbon matrix in the preform. Preparation process to generate the designed new matrix. Compared with the CVI and PIP processes, it has high efficiency. An almost fully dense carbon-ceramic composite material can be prepared in one infiltration. It is a high-efficiency and low-cost preparation process for carbon-ceramic composite materials. It provides an effective way to promote carbon-ceramic composite materials. R&D and application support

Ceramic Sintering Furnace Product Parameter

In view of the serious temperature rise lag in the low-temperature section of the furnace, multi-stage AI self-learning PID and temperature control curve fitting technology are used to make the temperature control accuracy in the low-temperature section and high-temperature section consistent, reaching ≤±2°C.
